CONSULTANCY

As Consultants, we organize teams in order to create BIM models under protocol. We can be a BIM partner and ensure that the model meets the quality standards and is useful for the requested aim. We have taken part in complex international projects, as BIM Advisor, and/or Technical BIM Representative, supplying our Protocols, Manuals and Templates Furthermore, we have had a supportive role in helping more than 350 companies to migrate from CAD to BIM.

OUTSOURCING - Modelling

Procedures challenge is to become one of the best BIM management ofﬁces in the world. After 12 years, our success is based on a solid and reliable implementation of the processes which we have acquired through experience. In our outsourcing unit, we have modelled a monthly average of 150.000 sq.m, having reached 1.800.000 sq.m within a year. We have made models for a wide variety of clients throughout the world, which range from conceptual design, along the building stage, to the operation and maintenance phases.

TRAINING

Procedures is an Autodesk Authorized Training Center with a consolidated expertise of 25 years training work. We have trained more than 4.800 students in our Courses and Seminars. We have developed a BIM Mastering, that is an intensive 66-day training in a multidisciplinary BIM management ofﬁce context, with candidates and professionals in an international environment, that offering a unique enriching experience.
